Good to know
You will love how easy it is to get to the beach. We love that we can run back to the condo for snacks and bathroom breaks without loading everything up. The pool is conveniently located about 50 feet from our patio. Furnishings are comfortable and we take pride in providing a truly clean space. We also rent out the condo right next door, so you can rent out both units together, perfect for friends or family who want to stay close with their own personal space. Other Details to Note
We provide a couple of beach towels, but please make sure our white bath towels remain in the unit. You may want to bring beach chairs and a canopy, but be sure to bring your canopies back with you when you leave the beach, or they may be assumed abandoned and collected. Please don't ever intentionally abandon broken equipment or trash on the beach, we have a dumpster at the property, you are welcome to use.

This is a small condominium with 20 units. We take pride in the upkeep and comfort of the community. Please show the same care as you would your own home, and be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise down after 10pm.
Guest Access
You have access to our condo, a reserved parking spot and the shared pool. Shared outdoor grills and tables are located at the North end of the complex by the pool. We also rent out the condo right next door, so you can rent out both units together, perfect for friends or family who want to stay close with their own personal space. You have access to a reserved parking spot marked 106. You may park no more than one additional vehicle in unmarked parking along the fence on a first come first serve basis. In the busy season, extra parking may be limited and no street parking is allowed. Bringing 1 vehicle is recommended during Peak Summer season. Renting a golf cart is the best way to travel in Port A. Golf carts are restricted to a zone on the beach side, and our house is conveniently located in that golf cart zone. Everything is also accessible by car.
