One of the things guests love about this property is the two separate baths. Private bedroom with Queen bed plus a sleeper sofa (best for kids, not adults) in the Living Room and two full bathrooms make this a great spot for couples or families. The Kitchen offers plenty of prep space, with a drip and pod coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and pantry storage. Walk out the back patio to take a dip in our community pool, or walk straight across the street to our shared private boardwalk to access the beach. Location is everything in Port A and we are located right by the best coffee shops, restaurants, and you can easily get to most places you want to be using a golf cart. Close enough to walk out to the sand making it easy to go back and forth for snack refills and bathroom breaks. We have an excellent cleaning service that prepares the property before your arrival to make sure it is clean and sanitized and that you have the basics you need, like toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, clean linens and bath towels. Our cleaner takes a lot of pride in making sure things are ready for your arrival. Our Condo is a single bedroom, but we offer a sleeper sofa in the Living Room for extra guests. I recommend the sleeper sofa primarily for small people, is has an updated high quality foam mattress, but at the end of the day, it's still a sleeper sofa, and not ideal for adult bodies. One of the things people really appreciate is the two bathrooms, one has a walk-in shower, the other a shower/tub combo. There is limited hanging space and a few dresser drawers.

⮚ AGE RESTRICTIONS: Must be 23 or older to book. The person whose profile registers the booking must be staying in the home for the duration of the time booked. ID may be verified prior to or during check-in. ⮚ NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the house or patio. There are cigarette disposal systems on the parking side of the unit and smoking is permitted there. Evidence of smoking such as burns or odor will result in a minimum additional charge of $250. ⮚ CHILDREN: We love hosting your kids, but you must keep them in view at all times and they must have an adult with them inside the pool gate when using the pool. Guests are fully responsible to ensure the safety of children on and around the property. ⮚ NO PETS: No pets are allowed. Nope, not even that perfect adorable little one. Will result in immediate removal and loss of deposit, per the rules of our condominium association. ⮚ OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND PARTIES: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized overnight guests will result in a minimum additional charge of $50 per person per night. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Please be respectful of nearby guests and owners, excessive noise will not be tolerated. ⮚ CLEAN UP: Please keep the home tidy. Guests may be charged for excessive trash disposal, stained comforters/blankets/sheets/towels, and/or excessive cleaning required. Please do not take our bath towels to the beach or pool, they must stay inside the property. ⮚ DAMAGES: Guests will be charged the full cost to repair damage caused by their visit, which will likely include additional charges for the short turnaround required for repairs. We love our home! please treat it with respect.

We provide a couple of beach towels, but please make sure our white bath towels remain in the unit. You may want to bring beach chairs and a canopy, but be sure to bring your canopies back with you when you leave the beach, or they may be assumed abandoned and collected. Please don't ever intentionally abandon broken equipment or trash on the beach, we have a dumpster at the property you are welcome to use. There is a shared laundry room at the end of the breezeway that uses app/digital operated machines, so you won't need to carry change. Just beyond the laundry room on the East end of the building is a brand new Pergola (not pictured) with picnic tables to provide a shaded area for you to use our community grills and hang out. You can view the pool from the grilling area. Our community pool is just a few steps away from our condo patio, it is gated for your safety and offers another shaded pergola and lounge chairs. We have a coffee pot that offers both drip coffee function, or you can brew with single use pods, bring whatever you prefer! (We supply a few pods to get you started!) It's a good idea to reserve your golf cart before you arrive. We like Top Deck and Joy Golf Cart rentals, but just about any rental company on the Island is pretty good. Rates may be better from one to another depending on the pickup and drop off times you need. Some of them will even deliver and pick up the cart for a fee. Barefoot Beans is a great spot for morning coffee, Virginia's on the Bay has great dinner options, sit on the patio to overlook the bay where the dolphins love to hang out. For a quaint and quiet before dinner drink spot, try the espresso martinis at Roosevelt's 1886 Bar. The Palm Social Club is a good spot to check for live music. For a little bit of everything be sure to check out the newly opened Sip Yard, a family-friendly and pet-friendly venue with 3-story ocean views, live music, games, cold drinks, and multiple food truck style restaurant options.
